Twice last month we did receptions with family style dining.  The first was at the Hyatt Cincinnati and I must admit I was a bit nervous.  It was a large wedding and the first "family style" the Hyatt had done but were they up to the challenge.  At the tasting I was blown away.  The creativity, the taste and the execution of the meal was top notch.  And I have to brag on them, they did just as well on the big day.  I just loved the serving dishes too. So instead on one big platter that needed to be passed all the way around a table, they served 2 of this size to a table which only needed to be passed to half the table.  Great job to Elaine Morgan and the Chef and staff at the Hyatt.  Well Done!!!
